Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY. There are no refunds. To exchange, customers must contact our support team at DivineWhispers@yahoo. com for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first. Items must be in saleable condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost. Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 7-14 days for processing.
